3. Online booking provider

We use Book.app to provide an optional online appointment booking experience. The booking widget only loads when you choose the “Book online” route on our booking page. If you prefer not to use the online booking widget, you can request a consultation using our NexGen enquiry form instead.

Provider: Book.app. Purpose: online appointment booking. When it loads: on-demand only, when you select “Book online”. Category: strictly necessary / service functionality, only where used to complete an appointment booking request. The widget is not loaded by default on page load — it is only loaded after you actively select the online booking route.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work (for example, language preferences).
