3. Consultations & treatments

All treatments are subject to suitability, assessed at consultation, and to your informed consent. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

Prices are confirmed at or before consultation. Where consultation fees apply they are communicated before booking.

4. Appointments & cancellations

Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so appointments can be offered to other clients. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require pre-payment for future bookings. Specific notice periods are confirmed at booking.
